Appointment reports
Reportes de citas
Two reports — appointments by date and last appointment per patient — filtered by professional and status, exported as CSV.
Dos reportes —citas por fecha y última cita por paciente— filtrados por profesional y estado, exportados en CSV.
Open this screen → Abrir esta pantalla →Run and export Generar y exportar
Pick the report type and the date range, optionally narrow it to some professionals and statuses, and press Generate report. The table shows the result; Export CSV downloads exactly what is on screen.
Elige el tipo de reporte y el rango de fechas, opcionalmente limítalo a algunos profesionales y estados, y pulsa Generar reporte. La tabla muestra el resultado; Exportar CSV descarga exactamente lo que está en pantalla.
- Columns: date, time, patient, ID, professional, procedure, branch, status, type, modality, duration, phones, email, notes and who created it.
- Columnas: fecha, hora, paciente, identificación, profesional, procedimiento, sucursal, estado, tipo, modalidad, duración, teléfonos, correo, notas y quién la creó.
- Filter by No show or Cancelled by the patient to see who to call back.
- Filtra por No asistió o Anulado por el paciente para ver a quién volver a llamar.
- The CSV opens in Excel or Google Sheets.

- Appointments by date Citas por fecha
- Every appointment in the range, one row each. Cada cita del rango, una fila por cita.
- Last appointment per patient Última cita por paciente
- One row per patient with their latest appointment — who has not come back. Una fila por paciente con su última cita: quién no ha vuelto.
- Export CSV Exportar CSV
- Downloads what is on screen, filters included. Opens in Excel or Google Sheets. Descarga lo que está en pantalla, con los filtros. Se abre en Excel o Google Sheets.
