Dental clinical records and patient files in one place

Open the visit from the appointment and record medical history, consultation, vital signs, exams, odontogram, prescriptions and the patient’s signature without switching screens. Every visit stays in the patient’s folder, next to their files, simulations, budgets and account statement.

Example visit: clinical history tabs, vital signs and odontogram.

Who it is for

For dentists who want to leave paper or generic software behind and keep a clinical history organised by visit, with prescriptions and certificates that carry their logo and signature.

How it works

  1. Open the visit

From the appointment (date, professional and patient filled in), from the list of histories, or as walk-in care for someone without an appointment.

  2. Record top to bottom

Medical history once per patient; then the consultation, which unlocks vital signs, exams and images, simulations, odontogram, prescriptions and orders.

  3. Issue the documents

Prescriptions, laboratory, imaging and referral orders, and certificates — numbered per clinic, with the professional’s details and signature.

  4. Sign and finalise

The patient (or a guardian) signs on the device. Once finalised, the visit is read-only and the appointment is marked as attended.

What it includes

  • Alerts in plain sight

Allergies show as a red pill and relevant conditions (hypertension, anticoagulants…) in amber, before anything is prescribed. Allergies are copied onto every prescription.

  • ICD-10 diagnoses

Add diagnoses from your clinic’s catalogue or from ICD-10. BMI and mean arterial pressure are calculated for you.

  • History per section

Every block has its own history: bring a past consultation, set of vital signs or prescription into today with “Copy”, and review before saving.

  • Patient files

X-rays, lab results and consents on the patient file (images, PDF, Word and Excel), and up to 8 files per study inside each visit.

  • Encrypted clinical text

Everything the professional writes in the history is encrypted with AES-256 before it is stored, and every change is kept in the section’s history.

  • PDF of the whole visit

Medical history, consultation, vital signs, odontogram, studies and the patient’s signature at the end, in one document.

The Free plan includes 50 patients and 50 clinical histories. One paid doctor user removes those limits for the whole clinic.

Frequently asked questions

Is clinical data encrypted?

Yes. Clinical text (reason for visit, current illness, examination, observations, notes) is encrypted with AES-256 before it reaches the database. Files are kept in encrypted storage.

Can I print prescriptions with my signature?

Yes. An administrator draws the professional’s signature once in Settings. Prescriptions, orders and certificates carry your logo and that signature; without one, they print with a blank line.

Can a finalised visit be corrected?

The clinic sets how long a visit can be reopened. Medical history, such as allergies, can always be corrected and updates across every visit.

Who can see the clinical history?

It is a permission of its own: doctors, owners and administrators can have it; assistants never do. By default only the attending professional (and an administrator) edits the visit.

  • Digital odontogram

Record diagnoses and procedures by surface, tooth, arch or whole mouth with FDI notation, and turn them into a budget.

  • Periodontal chart

Probing at six sites per tooth, with clinical attachment level calculated and the initial exam compared with the re-evaluation.

  • Scheduling and reminders

A calendar per professional and branch, email and WhatsApp reminders, and a public page where patients book by themselves.
